We'll delve into a range of critical legislative, regulatory, and case updates, including:

  • Recent amendments to California’s Private Attorneys General Act and other changes to state law following the recent close of the legislative session;
  • Updates to Washington’s paid family leave law and pending pay transparency regulations;
  • Substantial revisions to the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA); and
  • The latest trends and decisions from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including challenges to the Board’s constitutionality regarding the removal of members.
Our presenters will also share insights into anticipated changes under a new administration. Don't miss this opportunity to stay informed and up-to-date on the ever-evolving employment law landscape.
