Recent amendments to California’s Private Attorneys General Act and other changes to state law following the recent close of the legislative session;
Updates to Washington’s paid family leave law and pending pay transparency regulations;
Substantial revisions to the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA); and
The latest trends and decisions from the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), including challenges to the Board’s constitutionality regarding the removal of members.

CLE Credit: This program is pending approval for 1.5 general CLE credits in AZ, CA, CO, ID, IL, OR, TX and WI; 1.5 law & legal WA CLE credit; and for 1.5 professional practice NY CLE credit for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. To receive CLE credit, remote attendees must complete the CLE Form for Fall 2024 Virtual Labor & Employment Law Program within three (3) business days after the program date.
