Join us on Tuesday, December 17, for a proxy season preview covering all you need to know about the latest developments. We will talk about recent SEC disclosure and filing changes, SEC comment letter trends; shareholder engagement and shareholder proposal trends, proxy advisor and investor voting policy updates, and a bevy of practice tips that you can use for this upcoming proxy season. 

Program topics will include the following:

• Reflections on the first year of Form 10-K cybersecurity disclosures. 


• Clawback policies, including whether to adopt a misconduct or other non-Dodd Frank policy. 


• How shareholder engagements are evolving and what that means going forward.


• The latest on pay-for-performance disclosures.


• How insider trading issues, including policy disclosure and filing requirements, might affect you this proxy season.


• Changes to Schedule 13D/G filing requirements. 


• Thoughts about what to expect from the SEC in 2025.
